HOUSING RULES

1.    Upon arrival you will be asked to provide an identification document to photograph it.

2.   Occupants may not be annoying, unhealthy, noxious, dangerous or illegal activities in the accommodation.

3.   The occupants will be responsible for keeping the house properly closed in their absence.

4.    If they find any deficiencies they must inform the owner as soon as possible and during the stay.

5.   The occupants must treat the house and its contents with respect and do not subtract anything from it.

6.    It is forbidden to remove any element of furniture from outdoor houses, including cushions and pillows.

7.   As fire prevention, it is forbidden to light candles and smoking indoors. You can smoke outside the House.

8.   The occupants must turn in the keys in the place that it is indicated.

9.   Check-in time is from 15:00 p.m.

10. Check-out time is until 12:00 p.m.

11.The main door of the farm will always remain closed both when entering and         leaving the property.
